This beautiful Mediterranean style Luxury Holiday Villa in Mallorca sleeps up to 12 people in comfort, and comes complete with Private Designer Swimming Pool, ample Sun Beds, and is surrounded by 1000 m2 of verdant gardens. Constructed by the previous owner who was a master mason, this Rental Villa in Mallorca has beautiful masonry throughout, and most of the ceilings are beamed, with very high quality furnishings. The King Size Master Bedroom has a large Double Bed, and leads onto its own Private Terrace. The master bathroom has Double Marble Sinks, a large round Jacuzzi; separate Shower, WC & Bidet. In addition, there are 3 further Double Bedrooms, 2 of which are En Suite, 1 has a Double Bed, and the other 2 Bedrooms have 2 Single Beds in each. The Living Room has an open Fireplace, Sky TV, DVD/CD player, and Leather sofas, whilst the Dinning Room has a large dining table that seats six guests for evening meals. The Villa Santa Ponsa is equipped with Air – Conditioning/Heating throughout, and the Kitchen includes a Hob, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, Filtered Water Machine, and sufficient cutlery and crockery for 12 guests. Villa Santa Ponsa is located in the Nova Santa Ponsa district, an upmarket residential area of Santa Ponsa. The Marina of Santa Ponsa is just 5 minutes walk, and the Beach a further 5 minutes. Santa Ponsa has two Wonderful Beaches, although there are many more to choose from just a short drive away. There are 3 Golf Courses in Santa Ponsa, lots of Restaurants, Shops, Bars, and Discos to keep you entertained anytime of day or night. Booking a Hire Car is recommend during your Holiday in Mallorca as there are many beautiful places to visit. Rental Rates: A deposit of 20% is required to reserve the rental dates you require, and the balance is payable 12 full weeks prior to arrival, unless previously agreed. Only 50% of the deposit shall be returned due to cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to departure. The deposit is not returnable less than 12 weeks before departure. The villa has 2 double beds and 4 single beds, and can therefore sleep 8 people without extra beds. A charge of 150€ per week will be added for every extra person up to maximum of 12 people. Additional guests will be provided with portable beds suitable for adults. Discounts are available for bookings of 4 weeks or more from November to April.

We highly recommend you take out Private Holiday Insurance, as we do not compensate guests for flight cancellations, or damage to your personal belongings etc.

 Notes:  All Linen and Towels are provided with the exception of Beach Towels. Linen and towels are changed weekly. There is a Maid Service is available upon request at an additional cost. Personal meeting and greeting service is available at an additional cost, alternatively, keys can be collected from a local agent. Guests are supplied a complimentary welcome pack of fresh produce included in the advertised rental rates.
