The Accommodation in this beautiful Spanish Residence comprises of; Bedroom:  1, 2, 3, and 4 with Double Beds. Bedroom:  5 with Twin Beds. Bedroom:  6 with Twin Beds and Sofas in a Large Dormitory Style Room perfect as a separate Family Area. Bathrooms: 2 Bedrooms have Ensuites. 2 Bedrooms Share a Bathroom and there is a further Bathroom servicing the Family area. Kitchen:  Spacious Kitchen on the Ground Floor, with Hobs, Ovens, Microwave, Dishwasher with Fridge/Freezer, and iron/ironing board. Cleaning: The Villa is clean on arrival, and all linen and towels are included. Linen is changed once a week.

Changeover Day: Normally Saturday’s, however this can be flexible.

Coast/Beach: 10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, and its 2 Beaches. Less than 20 minutes to the excellent beaches of Marbella.

Golf: We have played nearly all the courses, and if asked, we can arrange discounted green fees and offer advice on where to play. There are over 40 courses on the Costa del Sol many only 20 minutes drive from the Villa.

Skiing: The Sierre Mountains are 2 hours drive from the Villa. All equipment can be hired from January to March. Sun Bathe and Ski on the same Holiday.

Travel: Malaga Airport 30 minutes. Car Hire necessary.

Distances: 10 minutes to Puerto Banus, and under 20 minutes to Marbella. Benahavis is just 20 minutes drive, and Ronda is an hour’s drive through amazing scenery.

Further Details: We provide a full information pack before guests arrive, which includes emergency telephone numbers. Further information regarding the best beaches, and restaurants etc, will be provided with your ‘welcome pack’ on arrival. The owner will be on hand to help with any further inquires, and to give guests their keys.

Special Notes: Water and Electricity are included within the advertised rental rates. Selected dates can be held for up to 48 hours so you can arrange flights. A deposit of 40% of the rental value will be required to reserve a rental period. The balance is due 4 full weeks prior to arrival. The cancellation cost at 28 days prior to arrival is 40%. The cancellation cost at 27 days prior to arrival is 100%.
