The hallway, kitchen, bathrooms, and family room all have tiled floors, with quality carpeting in the bedrooms, so unfortunately the Pourquoi Pas? has a strict no pets/ no smoking policy. The Stunning Family Room overlooking the pool has two sumptuous leather sofas, one converting to a Queen-size sleeper. The entertainment centre has Cable television, VHS, CD and Hi-fi and DVD. Tapes, Films, Games, Books are also available throughout your Vacation in Florida. There is also a quiet corner for formal dining, with table and 6 comfortable dining chairs. With 4 sets of sliding doors all opening out onto the pool area the whole house is drenched in sunlight. The Kitchen has a Breakfast Bar with stools, and every major appliance including a full size Cooker, Fridge/Freezer with ice making facility, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Microwave, dishes and cookware.
