Accommodation:

Bedroom 1: Master Suite has a Double Bed, three double wardrobes and two sets of drawers. En-suite bathroom is complete with large walk-in Shower, Basin, and WC.

Bedroom 2: Double Bed, double wardrobe and drawer space. En-suite Bathroom comprises of Hydro-Massage Bath, with Shower over, Basin, and WC.

Bedroom 3: Twin Beds, double wardrobe and drawer space. Bathroom facility exists across the hall, and includes Bath with Shower over, Basin, and WC.

Luxury Wet Room: - Double Bath and Double Shower with 8 body jets, and WC.

Kitchen: Family Kitchen/Dining Room with Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, 2 Large Fridge/Freezers, Juicer (guests are encouraged to pick oranges from our trees when in season) Kettle, and Toaster. The kitchen furniture also includes a Farmhouse Style wooden table and chairs, Double Sofa Bed, and TV.

Utility Room: Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer in separate room beneath the pool, and there is ample hanging space on the terrace away from seating areas. An Iron and Ironing Board are provided in the Kitchen.

Living Rooms: Villa Pinos has a Large Lounge complete with open fireplace, and windows overlooking the Orange Trees in the front garden. There are 2 huge sofas, both larger than single beds, in addition to 2 traditional wing back chairs, making this an excellent room in which to relax. The lounge also has a TV, DVD, Sky Satellite, Games, and Books.

Other: There is a Covered Terrace outside the kitchen with a Sofa and Armchair surrounded by plants, the ideal place to escape the midday sun. The Wet Room lays adjacent to this terrace, allowing guests using the pool, to shower without having to enter the Villa.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service: The Villa Pinos is cleaned thoroughly before the arrival of guests. Clean Bath Towels and Bed Linen are provided. Please bring your own Pool/Beach Towels, as these are not provided. Additional Cleaning and Linen provision can be arranged when booking.

Notes on Accommodation:

The Sky satellite TV only provides a basic package, therefore. You may wish to bring your own Sky card, if you have one, in order to watch other channels. There is Air Conditioning in the kitchen, and all of the Bedrooms have Electric Fans. Villa Pinos is a traditionally built property and, therefore, if the sun is kept out, the Villa stays cool.

Please note that the couple that look after Villa Pinos live with their two friendly dogs in a Small Casita in a separate area of the grounds. They have their own access to their home, and their own garden, and under no circumstances, will they invade your privacy. Should you require assistance of any description, they are on hand to help with directions, local knowledge, and any other queries you may have.

Accessibility:

There are steps in various locations around the Villa Pinos, and therefore we do not feel that it is suitable for people with severe mobility problems.

Outside:

The front of the house has lawned gardens with mature orange, apricot and pear trees. The rear of the Villa has a cool, covered terrace area, which is decorated with Spanish tiles and green plants, a Sofa and Armchair. The Large open terrace has a shaded barbeque area with table and chairs for eating El fresco. The 5metre by 7metre Swimming pool is totally secure, with fences all around making it safe for families with children.
A paved Terrace, Wooden decking area, and lawned gardens surround the Swimming Pool with fruit trees for shade. There are Sun Beds around the pool with a hammock beneath a nearby tree. However many people you have in your party, there will always be somewhere to escape and relax in the tranquil grounds.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is the unspoilt Los Alamos Beach, where you can enjoy the true taste of the Mediterranean at one of the Chiringuitos (beach bars) just 20 minutes away by car. Two minutes further and you are in the heart of Torremolinos with its Entertainment, and Shops.

Further along the Boardwalk from Torremolinos, you and the family can discover Benalmadena with its beautiful Beach and award winning Puerto Marina, ideal for a lovely evening out. Venturing still further along the coast will take you to Fuengirola and beyond where you can explore Marbella and Puerto Banus. And to the East of Malaga, the less developed Beaches are simply gorgeous.

Golf:

Alhaurin de la Torres’s famous Lauro Golf Course is a five-minute drive away, and other courses such as Mijas Golf and La Cala are within a twenty-minute drive from Villa Pinos. There are in fact dozens of Golf Courses along this stretch of the Costa del Sol, and from Villa Pinos they are all easily accessible.
