This attractive four bedroom villa is set in large private mature garden in a Cul-de-sac. It is built on two levels with a spacious lounge and dining room area, which leads on to a spacious terrace, sun deck and pools. It also has a separate children’s pool.

Interior
This well appointed villa is furnished to high standard. The living room has an open fire place and patio doors leading to the covered terrace. The dining area is very light and has patio doors opening up to the barbecue terrace. The large separate kitchen is well equipped with granite surfaces. It has a breakfast table and a door that leads out to the barbecue terrace. Located on the ground floor is a cloak room. The villa has four bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has twin beds. It has an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The Mater bedroom has a double bed, a TV and access to a large balcony with a small dining table. The other bedroom has double beds and access to a small balcony. Both share a bathroom.

Exterior
The villa is surrounded by well tended sub-tropical gardens. It has a gated driveway and off street parking is available. Villa Aloha has several terraces. One is the barbecue terrace with direct access to the kitchen and the other is a veranda that can be accessed through the living room. On the first floor is a large balcony that can be accessed from the master bedroom which has a nice view towards the mountains overlooking Nueva Andalucia. The pool area consists of two pools, a big pool that can be heated during the winter and a small pool for children.

Amenities
Villa Aloha is located in the prestigious Marbella Country Club. It is conveniently located close to various facilities, such as an excellent selection of restaurants and three major championship golf courses. The streets are lined with palm trees and tropical flowers and at night the smell of jasmine fills the air. Nueva Andalucia lies at the foot of the Sierra Blanca mountain range and links the harbour of Puerto Banús to San Pedro.

Supermarkets are close by and haute couture shopping facilities are located in the Marina of Puerto Banús. There are also some lovely beaches. East of Puerto Banús is Playa Levante with a promenade that stretches all the way to Marbella. San Pedro also has an excellent beach and easy parking. Along the lovely promenade are several beach restaurants to choose from. There are several additional activities offered in this area such as tennis, boules, excellent horse riding, and scuba diving. If you are interested in exploring the area, you can take an excursion to Granada and see the famous Alhambra or take a day trip over to Morocco and explore the Souk. Then you can go back to your villa and relax by the pool.

There is a mid-weekly clean and after one week there is a full clean and towels and linen are changed.
