This beautiful villa overlooks the prestigious Miraflores Golf Course. Set in a great location, it is only a five minute walk to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is less than a five minute drive to the golden beach at Miraflores, which is close to a coastal road, offering easy access to the famous resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Interior
This superb, detached villa offers an excellent standard of accommodation. The spacious living room has a dining area and patio doors leading to a covered terrace. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has plenty of work surfaces and a bright breakfast area, which overlooks the swimming pool and the golf course. Villa Miraflores has four attractive bedrooms. The large master bedroom is on the first floor.

It has a double bed, a fully-fitted en-suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bath and a private terrace, with fabulous views of the golf course. Two further bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom and one room has a private balcony. The fourth bedroom is situated on the ground floor. It has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the front garden. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Exterior
Patio doors from the living room lead to the large covered terrace, which has patio dining furniture and a comfortable seating area. This terrace overlooks the beautifully landscaped garden and lawn area which surrounds the swimming pool which is electrically heated from October to April and is accessed via integral steps. A gas barbecue completes the al fresco dining experience in the fabulous grounds of this wonderful villa.

Amenities
This villa is located on the top of the hill of Riviera del Sol, overlooking the Miraflores golf course. There is a small commercial complex with local shops, a supermarket, bars, restaurants and banks, all within walking distance. The Miraflores golf course has 18 challenging holes, a golf academy with driving range and a superb restaurant with entertainment four nights per week. There are several small stores, restaurants, bar etc at the foot of Riviera del Sol where the golden beach can be reached by an underpass that goes under the main coastal way. It is a twenty minute drive to the jet set resort of Marbella and a further five minute drive to the glamorous Puerto Banus.
