This superb, luxurious holiday rental villa is set in the prestigious golf valley of Marbella with four exclusive courses on it’s doorstep. It is a twelve minute drive into the centre of Marbella and only a few minutes to the world famous leisure marina at Puerto Banus. The holiday home is set in spacious grounds and has beautiful views over the Las Brisas Golf course and the lovely surrounding scenery.

Interior
This substantial, elegant, family holiday rental villa is set on two floors. It is very spacious and has been decorated to an extremely high standard. A large entrance hall leads into the living room which is beautifully furnished with antiques and has a formal dining area. Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is a well equipped, separate kitchen with a breakfast bar. The villa has four bedrooms. On the ground floor there is one with a double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the garden. The attractive master suite is on the first floor and has beautiful views. It has a king size bed, a TV and a large private terrace. Also on this first floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds and en-suite shower rooms. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the villa.

Exterior
The villa is set in beautiful mature gardens with fantastic views over the adjacent Las Brisas golf course and the surrounding mountain range. Outside the living room there is a large covered terrace with comfortable seating making a perfect place to relax in the cool shade. An extensive lawn and sunbathing terraces surround the lovely, large swimming pool which is entered by ladder steps and has a beautiful feature fountain into it. It is electrically heated during the months of October through to May. The outdoor dining furniture is located pool side and is shaded by a tented pergola, together with the barbecue and floodlit garden it is an idyllic location for al fresco dining.

Amenities
Nueva Andalucia is an attractive area west of Marbella only five minute drive to Puerto Banus that accommodates Marbella’s one and only Casino. The villa is located in the golf valley that consists of four golf courses Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and La Quinta set on the mountain side. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks and a gym are only one minute driving distance away located next to the bullring that is set on a hilltop with a view over the sea and Puerto Banus.

In summer not only bullfights take place here, but excellent concerts from international bands. From there you can walk down to the yacht harbour of Puerto Banus where you will find an amazing choice of designer shops and restaurants that turns into a buzzing night life area in the late evenings. The town of Marbella is a twelve minute drive passing through the "Golden Mile" with more exquisite restaurants and beach bars locally called Chiringuitos.

Services
There is a weekly maid service, for guests staying longer than one week the villa will be cleaned and linen changed.

Although there are amenities within easy reach of the villa a car is recommended.
