This is a magnificent, luxurious villa set in beautiful, extensive gardens. It has been furnished with a sumptuous, elegant feel and is extremely spacious. Situated on the Golden Mile of Marbella it is surrounded by high-class restaurants and nightclubs and is a short drive from the picturesque old town of Marbella.

Interior
This superior, modern villa has been decorated to a high specification and offers a good standard of holiday accommodation. It has an exceptionally large open plan living room and dining area with high wooden beam ceiling and open fireplace. Patio doors from the living room lead to a large, semi-covered terrace. The large, modern kitchen is well equipped and has an archway to the living room. It has a door leading onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool and another door leading into the mature garden. This elegant villa has five bedrooms.

The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor, has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and patio doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the pool and sea. It has an en-suite, large bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower. This bathroom also has a separate entrance and is shared with another bedroom. This bedroom has twin beds and patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace overlooking the pool and towards the sea.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One big bedroom has two double beds and access to the terrace and gardens. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has three single beds and access to the garden. It shares a shower room with another bedroom, which has a single bed with a box bed underneath, which can be pulled out for additional child.

Exterior
The large semi-covered terrace runs the entire length of the villa providing a comfortable outside dining area and with marvellous views over the gorgeous gardens and swimming pool it makes a great setting for alfresco eating on lazy summer evenings. Green lawns surround the lovely 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool, which is entered via roman steps.

It is surrounded by extensive sunbathing terrace with ample sun beds. An elevated barbecue terrace with a built-in barbecue and additional garden furniture is another perfect setting to enjoy the Spanish way of life. The villa has two balconies which area accessed by the bedrooms with wonderful views to the pool and the sea.

Amenities
Villa Jacaranda is located on the prestigious Golden Mile of Marbella. The beach is only 500 metres away and has a promenade that leads all the way to the harbour of Puerto Banús. A car would not be essential, seeing as there is a supermarket and restaurant a 100 metre walk from the villa. Puerto Banús is only two kilometres drive away where you have several good restaurants, clubs, bars and many, many shops.

There is also a cinema for the few rainy days that show movies in their original language so many American/British films can be seen in English. The beach along the promenade that stretches from Puerto Banús to Marbella is sandy and broad. A beach bar is open during the summer and serves food as well as drinks. The Golden Mile has some of the most celebrated restaurants in Marbella as well as many renowned clubs. The centre of Marbella is just a five-minute drive away.

Services
For guests staying longer then two weeks there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit over €800 is required upon arrival.
