La Triana is a large and spacious town house with an attractive private garden, large terrace and B-B-Q the secluded shared swimming pool is a short walk away.
The house is situated in a quiet location in the heart of Calahonda, one of the most popular areas on the coast. It is 30 minutes from Malaga Airport and a few minutes drive to the beach, shops and restaurants.
La Triana offers 3 large bedrooms – 2 double one with En suite shower room, plus a twin-bedded room with use of guests bathroom. The house sleeps 6 in comfort, with an attic room where a fold-up bed can be provided for extra guests.
The spacious Lounge is comfortably furnished, with large sofas and a separate Dining area. Satellite TV and DVD player are provided. The lounge leads onto the terrace with private garden and the BBQ area with table and chairs for al fresco eating.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a family sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. There is also a small breakfast table.
Changeover Day:
Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. Starter Packs can be arranged.
