The ski area of Straza* is reached from the centre of Bled by chairlift, whilst the ski areas of Kobla and Vogel are a scenic 20 and 35 minutes' bus ride from Bled.
Kranjska Gora is ideal for beginners. The 2 nursery slopes and 4 gentler runs are served by 6 lifts, and there is a well-organised ski school with English speaking instructors.
The great variety of well-marked red runs and compact system of chair and drag lifts make all of the resorts ideal for improving your skiing confidence.
