The modern Hotel Sport is one of the best in Poiana Brasov. Situated among pine trees, it is next to the ski school, 50 metres from the lifts and 200 metres from the resort centre.

The recently refurbished Poiana enjoys a beautiful pinewood setting, next to hotel Sport (100 metres walk) and 150 metres from the lifts.

Hotel Alpin is very close to the resort centre in an elevated position just 300m to the cable car and has a good range of leisure facilities offering particularly good value for money.
Poiana Brasov is perfect for beginners. The nursery slopes are wide and gentle and there is a plateau at the top of the mountain. The excellent English speaking ski instructors make learning great fun, and normally there are about 10-12 people appointed to each class.
Floodlights have been installed on the lower slopes so that you can enjoy your skiing until 9 o’clock in the evenings. So that you can enjoy the après-ski until late at night, have a lie in and still get a full day’s skiing!
The gentle slopes are ideal for learning to Snowboard, and if you are an experienced boarder there are boards available for hire too.
