Based at the Miraflores Golf Academy in Riviera del Sol (between Malaga and Marbella), this holistic centre combines sports, therapeutic and traditional massage techniques with the most modern nail and beauty techniques available, at very competitive prices.

With over 15 years experience, owner Michael Izon (BSc.Hons.App. Bio./Mar. Bio) is trained to professional standards in over 10 different massage techniques, & has spent many years travelling through India and Asia improving his skills.

The Home of ‘Fusion Massage’
Developed by Michael, this advanced form of massage is a fusion of tools from many massage techniques & is especially useful in the treatment of neck and back problems.

It combines Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Physiotherapy & Reiki in a massage that combines deep manipulatory and energetic techniques.

Traditional Massage Techniques
We also have a wide range of massages available, including: Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Sports, Indian Head, Lymphatic Drainage (Voder method), Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reiki, Thai Yoga, Shiatsu & Chakra Rebalancing.

Golf Massage
The golf swing combines rotation of the shoulders & arms with a rotation of hips (to produce power).When the muscles of the shoulders, lower back & legs are tight, this can lead to a reduction in distance and poor club control as you fight your own body stiffness.

Not only is warming up of real importance for both amateur and professional golfers, but using massage to release muscle tension & release tight joints will improve distance and short game feel. We have had as much as a 30 feet (10 metre) distance improvement in this massage specifically designed with the golfer in mind.

With your first massage, you are eligible for a free 15 minute golf lesson with our resident PGA professional Mark Sibley.

Diet & Nutrition
Sports nutrition & weight maintenance programs are also available at the centre from professional consultants. We also use the Herbalife system of natural high protein and supplement products.

Beauty & Nails
 Suzanne Tankard is well known on the Costa del Sol, not only as a beauty technician, she also  teaches beauty at the Christine Shaw, ITEC  school in San Pedro. From waxing to facials, you are sure to receive a top professional treatment.

Teaching Courses
Teaching courses for Fusion Massage (3 month course 1 day per week) are now available. This is an advanced course and is only available to trained therapists.

A manual & DVD will soon be available.

1 & 2 day Traditional Usui Reiki attunement courses are available for both level 1 & 2.
