The GUITART CENTRAL PARK complex, it consists of PARK I , PARK II, PARK III and PARK IV- INSTITUTO GEM. GOLD ROOMS these rooms comply to the standards in 3 star quality hotel rooms, they are equipped with all the best commodities expected by guests, completely sound-proofed, air-conditioned, carpeted throughout, satellite TV. mini bar, individual safety box, internet connection, direct dial telephone, magnetic-card security door system, hair dryer, piped-music, balcony clothes line.
Recently inaugurated (June 2001) 70 new rooms which are JUNIOR SUITES style -GOLD FAMILY, they have a minimum size of 31m² plus balcony, they are equipped with all the necessary fittings to offer maximum comfort and privacy to families. Available for two adults and three children, the adults room is equipped with two beds 1m x 2m size and three beds are in the second part of the family room, each bed 0.90 m x 1.90 m. The children’s beds remain “hidden” in the sides of walls until required and can also be occupied as JUNIOR SUITES for two persons.
The adults room is separated by a sound-proofed sliding screen with a draw back curtain for complete privacy. The Twin economic room is found in one of the buildings belonging to the chain guitart. These rooms has telephone, television and air conditioning. The Twin economic room 2* is found in the building 2* belonging to the chain Guitart. These rooms do not have television, telephone neither air conditioning.
