The very thoughtful restoration has salvaged the ancient structures dating from the 13th century which are set in a very green garden, full of Mediterranean plants where you will find the wellness corner with the relaxing hydro-massage pool and a very comfortable sauna. The breakfast room is very inviting and so is the verandah that opens in summer and offers a Mediterranean and Continental buffet with many Sicilian specialties, the perfect start for a day. The meeting room for up to 50 people is equipped for small conventions and, upon request, offers a buffet and lunch to those coming here for business meetings and for reunions.

The 23 rooms and the suites of the Hotel, are distributed in the guest quarters and in the ancient watchtower, and are elegant and decorated with classical taste.
