Just North of the lively town of Benidorm and South of Altea lies the beautiful Seaside Town of Albir in the area of Alfaz del Pí . The small pebble beach “Playa de Racó de l’Albir” is only 590 meters long, but is so lovely and clean, it constantly wins European Blue Flags.
With Views of ‘Peñon de Ifach’ and the resort of Calpe, Albir is a quiet picturesque Pueblo with fabulous Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and Cafes. There are no high-rise buildings in Albir, which adds to the beauty of this village in Costa Blanca.
There are some great walking routes around Albir, which offer great views of the Mediterranean Coastline. Water sports centres in Albir can offer tourists sailing, snorkeling and diving for beginners. For experienced divers there are great dive sites close to the Mascarat Marina just north of Alfas del Pi.
