Long Term Rentals in Spain are much Sought after.
Many properties come on and off agents books quickly making it almost impossible for websites to keep up with them.
Before emailing, please check that you are ready to move within the next month or are at least ready to place a holding deposit.
At Villa de Suenos, we would like you to see the property before you place a deposit. Cheap Flights are readily available and we can accommodate you in hotels or apartments with car hire if you need this service.
Here in Spain, you will need to pay one (or Sometimes two) months security deposit (Refundable after inspection of the property at the end of your contract), One Months rent in advance and One Months Agency Fees for Contracts.
