What´s included in the Car Hire price?

- Unlimited mileage
- All taxes ( all taxes including, vat are included in the price
- Full insurance ( including c.d.w, theft protection, airport service fee, unlimited mileage, whells, tyres,glasses)
- Free delivery to hotels and airports
- Extra drivers
- Child seats, booster seats and roof racks are free of charge (must be pre-booked at the time of making your reservation)
- No deposit request

What is not included in the Car Rental price?

- Fuel ( vehicles are to be returned with the same amount of fuel as rented to avoid refuelling charges)
- Traffic fines ( speeding or others infractions like parking tickets are not included )

General Information:

- We only delivers cars in the Algarve
- Minimum rental period is 3 days
- Minimum drivers age is 23. Drivers licence must be valid in Portugal and held for more than 2 years. Please ensure to have all necessary documents available for proof.

Important Note

 

Neglect and Misuse

Vehicle Tow-Aways due to client’s negligence, traffic fines, damage to tyres, wheel rims, and the underneath on the hire vehicle, damage to the clutch from misuse, lost or broken keys, cleaning of upholstery, other than normal use, and fuel errors, will all be charged for locally, including any additional costs involved to Clicka Car Hire.

In the event of an accident involving one of our vehicles (Clients Fault) the position under Portuguese Law, is that Insurance Companies decline all responsibility for that driver, damages caused to the hire vehicle, and third parties when ever it is detected that the driver was under the influence of Alcohol, Narcotics, Drugs or Toxic products, or by the insanity of the driver. In addition clients who involve themselves in sportive competitions, races, rallies, challenges, contests, or bets involving driving a hire vehicle are deemed un-insured.

Please be informed that even if the hire vehicles driver is not under the influence of any of the above substances mentioned, or involved in any of the activities mentioned above, but by some means destroys the hire vehicle by his own action or inaction, no refund will be paid for the remaining rental period. An additional vehicle will be supplied only when supported by a very large deposit.
