When you arrive at the Airport
Instructions will be issued regarding collection, when you book your hire vehicle. Collection areas vary dependant on the type of vehicle supplied, and the airport - hire office.
Clicka Car Hire Terms and Conditions
1) Our prices are displayed in Euros, and include the following:
· Unlimited Mileage
· Fully Comprehensive Insurance
· Delivery and Collection is free between the hours of 9am to 8 pm.
· Prices include local taxes.
2) Clients hiring vehicles must be at least 23 years of age.
3) Drivers must have had a driving license for at least one year.
4) Second additional driver charged at 2 Euros per day.
5) Vehicles are delivered with either a half tank or a full tank, and must be returned filled to the same capacity. Charges will be incurred if the hire vehicle is returned empty.
6) It is possible to collect your vehicle outside of office hours (9am to 8pm). An extra charge of 15 Euros will be made for this service. There is no extra charge for returning your vehicle outside of office hours.
7) Hire vehicles may only be driven on the Spanish mainland.
8) Vehicles advertised on this site as ' web offer ' or ' special offer ' are subject to availability. Only limited numbers of these vehicles are available, and bookings are sold on a first come first served basis.
Payment Terms
Hire vehicles are paid for upon arrival either by cash or credit card. PLEASE NOTE: the driver will be asked to provide credit card details in either case.
Optional Extras
- Roof Racks including straps @ 1 Euro per day.
- Baby seat/child seat for children up to 18kg @ 2 Euro per day.
- Second driver free, additional driver charged at 2 Euros per day.
- GPS charged at 6 Euros per day.
- Local deliveries can be arranged only during office hours, and cost 18 Euros per car. Maximum radius of collection/delivery point is 20 kms.
Neglect and Misuse
Vehicle Tow-Aways due to client’s negligence, traffic fines, damage to tyres, wheel rims, and the underneath on the hire vehicle, damage to the clutch from misuse, lost or broken keys, cleaning of upholstery, other than normal use, and fuel errors, will all be charged for locally, including any additional costs involved to Clicka Car Hire.
