The balcony has sun all day and has table & chairs from where you have breathtaking panoramic views of the bay. There is a fully equipped, separate kitchen complete with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The bright, spacious lounge is furnished with sofa bed, easy chairs & dining table & chairs. There is English SKY SATELLITE TV, DVD, & audio system
The apartment is frontline to a beautiful secluded beach on the western outskirts of Benalmadena. There is a regular bus service that takes you to the famous marina in Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Malaga. There is also a railway station, supermarket, hairdresser, car hire and several cafes, restaurants, bars and hotels with live entertainment The train station is approx. 8 mins. walk. The train takes you into Malaga, the airport, Torremolinos or, in the other direction to Fuengirola. Private transfers from airport to apartment @ 25 Euros each way for up to 6 passengers.
Because of it's many attractions and the beautiful safe beaches, Benalmadena is the ideal location for a family holiday with everything one could wish for. The beautiful MARINA with hundreds of boats to see and it’s smart shopping mall, the fabulous TIVOLI WORLD pleasure park, ideal for kids and grown-ups alike! SEA-WORLD sea life centre, located in the marina, the Dolphinarium, in the centre of Benalmadena, CABLE CARS taking you to the top of the mountains for the breathtaking views, and numerous restaurants and bars. You can take the bus or train to nearby FUENGIROLA for it’s huge Tuesday market, or take a trip to MARBELLA to see the millionaire’s port of PUERTO BANUS. There are many restaurants near the apartment with a superb restaurant on the beach, open all summer.
GOLFERS can enjoy several courses all within 20 minutes drive with TORREQUEBRADA GOLF right on the doorstep in Benalmadena.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance paid 30 days before arrival. There is a £100 security deposit to be paid on arrival, in cash, and returned on departure less any breakages etc.
Please note the special December 2006 prices of £120 & £140 is for 2 persons. £20 per week extra per person for more than 2 persons sharing. Cot and high chair available at £10 each per week. Discounts for bookings of 4 weeks or more.
For more than 4 persons sharing there is an extra charge of £20 per person.
